Any idea how I can find the syn value of these, cant seem to find them in my directory, and I dont use the site as im doing it alone.

In particular the hot chocolate?

If you look up at the top of the page you'll find a link to the syn values sub-forum. You can post a question there if you need to know about syn values. But I can tell you that the hot choc is 2 syns.
