Hi.

Like a lot of women I have tried a lot of diets!! My list so far has been; lighter life, the Cambridge diet and weight watchers.

I did really well on weight watchers and I lost 4 stone in around 5 months. I was amazed but I stopped and gained at least 2.5 stone again. I tried to go back to weight watchers but had no motivation at all.

So here I am, giving slimming world a try and I must say it's really flexible with lots of choices.

I went to my first class on Monday and up until last night I felt I was doing ok (everything is written down) but I got up today and ignoring my hang over cravings I am back on track!

I have set my target at 11 stone (got to lose 3stone 4lbs) then will decide from there where I want to be.

Would love for anyone to join me in my weight loss journey and I plan to update this little blog everyday to keep myself on track!

What are your goals? How are you getting on?
