Is anyone else watching this on Sky 1?

Its really amazing to people so big and knowing that if i dont do something about it i will be in the same boat as them. Then watching them losing weight... if they can do it i can do it! Really liking this show and it helps that the instructor is a hottie too hahaha xxx

Yes I watched that this week - OMG the trainer guy is sooo fit!! Couldn't believe the woman that went from being so big to then running a half marathon within a year! Very inspiring

Yeah I saw it that lady did so well esp with her father being ill and working nights just shows what people can do when we put the excuses on hold. I've set the sky box to record it so defo gonna watch the rest.
