I've heard about the snow too......ug! But today I seem to have gotten too much sun, feeling very hot.

Oh and! How have I managed to not have egg mayo yet??....tomorrow ;)
 
I wouldn't worry, they never get the weather right!

Disappointing weightloss ( Friday is now my weigh in day as I never liked what the scales said on a Tuesday!) only 0.5 lb off but delighted to say my size 14 trousers are now too big, so pleased. Thank you for all your support it has helped me to stay focussed :)

I heard snow too, it's the talk of the neighborhood. Suns out for now and looks a lovely day x
 
Loose fitting clothes are a good thing toots! I think we can all get hung up on the scales, don't be a slave to it! ;) lol xx
 
Well done on the loss and looser fitting clothes...

My official weigh in day is Saturday which works well for me although I weigh every day as it reminds me to focus! Lol xx

Kid free so had late pub lunch with the old man and cheeky glass of vino! Had grilled salmon and rocket salad, yummy!

Hope everyone is well. Had lovely weekend, went for family friends 80th birthday meal, lovely food and great company. Tried to make good choices, squid and prawn salad for starter, pollock in cream sauce on bed of celeriac with cauliflower cheese, lemon mousse with raspberry sorbet(?) 3 glasses of wine ( oops!)

Feel a definite chill in the air today, hope that snow isn't on it's way.
Just had some flaxmeal porridge ( off recipe thread) with handful of blueberries, very tasty
Tuna salad for lunch
Not sure about tea, maybe spicy quorn mince with my favourite, cabbage! Have a lovely day, :)
