I went out last night in Manchester, to see some friends in a band perform, all those calories i burned jumping up and down did not counter act the calories i shoved in my gob, chocolate, pizza, full sugar fanta Grrrrrrr..Anyway, line under it, scales yesterday told me i had lost a pound, lucky me, because i deffo did not stick to my 1200 calories last week. This morning i went to my Saturday Body Combat class, followed by a body pump class..now i feel great. Anyway eating plan for today.

Breakfast: weight watchers bread (2): 100
2 tesco lc sausages: 155
mint chocolate muller light: 90

Lunch: weight watchers wrap: 106
medium egg: 88
tesco lc cheese slice: 37

Dinner: 50g pasta:175
30g tesco light brie: 69
2 rashers of lean bacon: 65
57g tesco sweet and crunchy salad: 11

Snack: tesco lc dutch crispbake: 29
tesco ham slice: 30
babybel light: 42

Treat: galaxy ripple: 174

Total calories: 1171
