Not doing but have in past T5 or ephedrine but both have side affects bad breath mood swings and they raise your heart rate wouldn't recommend them why not try some extra exercise might give you a boost x

I do excersise that's why I am finding it hard I seem to be 10 stone and can't get under

It shouldn't be the exercise - are you eating enough for your increased activity level? When you've been doing a plan for a while it's easy to get into a rut so you need to shake things up - different HEs, different foods, recipes and menus. Any post your foods diaries on here so we can take a look and perhaps give some advice. But please don't resort to pills - over the counter ones don't work and others can be downright lethal. Don't give up!

Thanks I will try this week sufferer things I've had my online slim if world stopped as haven't been to a Meeting for three weeks cos of work but I can't afford it anyway so I'm doing it at home
