Right, so I've had a bad couple of days. I've had a lot on my mind, and I've been feeling quite low. I had a little cry yesterday and scoffed LOADS of chocolate :( I'm meant to weigh myself today, but I've decided to leave it until Monday (I don't need anything else to bring me down this week). If I can try and have a good weekend, with lots of water and fruit, then maybe I'll be feeling better by Monday.

Sorry for my ramble, I find it helpful to write my feelings down on here, as well as my food :)

Breakfast - Apple

Lunch - 2 mini wholemeal rolls (HeB), 2 Linda McCartney sausages (2 syns each), salad cream (2 syns), salad, peppermint tea

Snacks - Deli Box Pasta (2 syns)

Dinner - Noodles, broccoli, soy sauce, fry light, peppermint tea

Syns - 8

Aww no, sorry to hear you're feeling down at the moment. I think it's a good idea to not weigh & wait until Monday. I also had a bit of a binge last night. No reason for it whatsoever though, I'd just got back from a lovely restaurant meal (& was feeling really full!) but felt the need to shove a load of chocolate down my throat!!

Hope things get better & you have a good weekend.

I've done that before, gone out for dinner and then scoffed down more food when I've got home ! No idea why either.

Today's been ok. I felt a little better when I went to work as I was busy. I've managed to stay within my syns today and eat ok. I did forget my HeA's though, opps.

Breakfast - 1 banana

Lunch - Jacket potato, salad leaves, baked beans, cheese (HeA) (Not sure of amount as I'm at my boyfriends, but I don't think I had too much)

Snacks -

Dinner - Noodles, broccoli, soy sauce, fry light

Syns - 2

Other - Water, 2 diet cokes, 4 lemsip (0.5 syns each) (I have a sore throat :( )

Lunch - Toasted wholemeal roll (HeB), baked beans, 1 veggie sausage (2 syns), mini baby bel light (HeA)

Snacks - 2 Mini Calipo (4 syns each)

Dinner - Noodles, broccoli, soy sauce

Syns - 12.5

Other - Water, 1 lemsip (0.5 syns), hot chocolate (2 syns)

Hi Emmster :) Last week was a terrible week for me, too much on my mind which resulted in bingeing over the weekend :( I was in quite a bad place with my depression too. I've finally been referred to a doctor/counsellor that can hopefully help me. I had my assessment with the counsellor yesterday, which went well. So food has been ok yesterday and today (so far). Hoping to weigh myself on Friday (I've been putting it off).

How is your week going so far ? x x
 
no problem hun sometimes its just the little things we dont think about that take us over our allowance and then we wonder why. x
 
Aww no, sorry to hear that you're having such a tough time, although I'm glad that your assessment went well. My week's been pretty quiet / dull really, & also been struggling quite a bit with binging urges. Not really sure why, but just makes me get so annoyed at myself!

Hope the councelling helps & you start to feel better soon hun

No exercise last week as I had family visiting, and none this week so far as I'm feeling poorly :( Now I feel guilty as well as poorly :(
 
Aww, don't feel guilty hun. If your poorly your body needs rest to recover. I know it's hard to just stop the feelings of guilt, but it'll just make it worse. Hope you get better soon.
