Slimming world and no energy

  1. This is my 6th day on slimming world and I absolutely adore it! But the only thing is I feel so tired and just no motivation at all?! I was wondering of anyone else had this? I don't know if it's because before sw I was drinking alot of sugary fizzy drinks and now I only have water and green tea?

    I have been doing SW for just over 3 weeks now. I also used to live on fizzy drinks (along with junk food) and cut them out. I was soooo tired around day 5-8 but you really do come out the other side feeling so much better. Keep going. I've lost 10lbs altogether now and feel so much more motivated and healthy. Good luck!

    Absolutely, its just like a detox in a way, all the not so good is working its way out as you replace it with smarter choices! keep up with the superfree fruit and veg and free protein/carbs and you will feel better, you probably already do!!

    Also important to make sure you are staying hydrated with the recommended 8 glasses of water (2l)

    Yep I got really tired after the first week, but you do come out of it. Try keeping up your water intake, and eat lots of protein to boost your energy levels.

    Keep going, especially if you're used to fatty foods and fizzy drinks. It's a big change for your body to work through

    I havent felt tired on SW only because i am still able to eat a lot so i just fill up and drink diet coke to get that fizzy caffine fix :)

    I've been on SW for just over 12 months now and when I am fully on plan I feel incredible. I have wavered recently and had a few gains, I'm feeling awful! I know its because I'm stuffing my body with toxins again but once I'm back on plan (tomorrow!) I know after a week or so I'll feel great again xx
