Operation Fight the Fat!
Thought I'd upload my before and during pics. Well both are before I suppose. The picture on the left is before I started Weight Watchers in 2009. On the right is me, 42lbs lighter, in July 2010 - so my after Weight Watchers pic but my before Slimming World pic! I'm not too horrified by the right one but the left one makes me feel physically sick!! :sigh:

Thank you. I love the dress too, it was for my graduation day. That's probably the most recent pic I have. Hopefully in a couple of months time I'll have another one which will show some more change!

Heya, just a quick update, I've managed to maintain my 4 stone weight loss since May 4th 2010, I can't wait til this May so I can say I've maintained for 1 whole year
My starting weight was 13st 5lb and my end weight is 9st 5lb - I'm finding it easy to maintain within the SW boundaries 3lb above and 3lb below, I'm no longer afraid to have a meal out and eat what I like, I've noticed I usually pick the healthier choice anyway!
My tip for any target member attending groups, is to make sure you go to group every week and tackle any gain even if it's within the boundaries :Na_Na_Na_Na:
