slimming world + breast feeding

does anybody know anything about this ?? a girli know is doing sw at home for the moment and breast feeding should you be doing anything different on the diet ?? any help would be great Amy

I am not sure as she should be under the guidance of a SW leader and/or midwife/health visitor I would assume but dont you get more HE's?

I think you should have extra HEA's but I'm not entirely sure. She should definately run it by her doctor/midwife if she is not attending a group

there is a section on lifeline online about the HE's you need in relation to the age of your baby, it varies from an extra 2-4/5 i think depending on how old your baby is and whether you breastfeed all or just some of the time

I'm breastfeeding my little 'un and just started SW. I am allowed 4 extra HE's but I can't remember what section they should come from! I rarely use all mine up though but I should start doing I guess
