Im new to this site, just happened to stumble upon it. Thing is ive been doing the green SW plan since March 1st 2010, and ive lost 1/2 stone then gained 4IIB, ive not cheated at all, ive not even had all my syns, I excersise every day, with the exception to weekends, i take off, but im still active doing the garden and loads of housework.I weigh and measure all that needs to be, I power walk 6/7 miles and incorperate interval training, BUT I also used a DVD Jari Loves Ripped, which is excellent and I thouroughly love it, But unfortunatly Ive has to give it a miss as I think this is to blame for my gains, as I was giving my body more stregnth training than cardio......has anyone else suffered this dilemma, I would love to hear your hints and tips, I want to see the scales go down this week, not up >HELP!!! I drink plenty of water too..which is suppose to help & green tea!:confused:

Im fairly new to slimming world so dont really have much advice for you but i think your right about the type of exercise youve been doing, youve been building muscle which weighs more than fat hence the weight gain. i know that eating lots of superspeed fruit and ve is meant to really help your weight loss.

oh and i was reading a thread today about someone who did a fish week and lost 8lb!! the thread was was called 'fishy week' if you fancy trying that to see if it helps.
