Slimming World Newbie - Extra Easy

Hi everyone,

I have signed up for Slimming World online and today is my first day. Thought that keeping a diary on here would be easier than using the actual SW one - i dont think the SW online diary is particularly good and would have expected it to be.

I've read the book and feel that i understand it well enough to start and learn more as i go along.

So todays food is/will be:

Breakfast:
Melon, grapes and toffee muller light

Lunch:
Baked Potato & Beans
Apple

Snack (if i feel hungry)
pineapple

Dinner:
SW Chilli - made in the slow cooker yesterday
Broccolli

Going to have a read around some other peoples diaries now for some inspiration......
 
Hi Sam. How did your first day go?

Food looking good so far to me! The only thing I noticed is you didn't have any Healthy Extra's - you're allowed 1 A and 1 B choice each day which are for things like milk, cheese, cereal, bread, etc. They are all listed in your book and also on the SW website.

Also, make sure you're having your 1/3rd SuperFree as it will really boost your losses! Maybe some salad with your JP and beans, and really pack out your chilli with loads of yummy chunky veg.
