1. You can now easily put an SW award in your signature/posts like a smilie. Just look for the SW award tab after you tap on the smilie face.

    I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me about sticking to the diet, some recipes etc???

    Keep a diary. Either a literal diary or there is a section on here for food diaries. It keeps you focused.
