Hi im new to this app. Currently on the slimming world diet. Im living in the usa so finding it a lil hard to kno wat makes of food I can and cant eat.
Iv been on it a week and a half now and lodt nothing. Im wrking out 5 times a week too. Doesnt make sense! Can anyone help??
 
no problem, if you take a look at some of the food diaries it will give you an idea of what people are eating.

good luck. Which plan are you following?
 
Im currently doin red and green days. I wrk out alot at the gym also. 5 days a week. That was why I was shocked I didnt loose weight!
 
sometimes you don't lose the first week but will have bigger loss on the 2nd week good luck
