I was around 238 pounds a week ago and now i am 233 pounds.

I have cut my sugar intake in half, also i have started eating weightwatchers food and working out the points etc and i should be having no more than 32 points per day but i am averaging between 20 and 25.

Well done on your 5lbs loss this week. Are you planning to follow a weight watchers programme then? :)
