Lamb shanks in the slow cooker are absolutely fabulous.

I use mine loads - wouldn't be without it now that I work long hours. It's so lovely to have that smell waiting for you when you get in, and it means that it is ready instantly so no need to snack on naughties!!!

Agreed, just pop in what ever you fancy.

Hubby did himself a beef and prune casserole yesterday in ours, and it came out yummy (so he said anyway!).
