Ummm im only fairly new ... Have you tried cutting some points for the week? Or making sure you eat all your points? Or trying the wendi plan? aparently this is good if youve hit a plateau ... or maybe the kickstart plan for a week ?

Everyone keeps telling me make sure i drink all my water! and use my points !

Sorry i cant offer much else! ... apart from a ~Hug~ ... xxxx

Umm im gonna try to do more exercise cos the same is happening to me! umm i was told something about a plan you do for a week if you've hit a bad point?
Well done though for your weight loss so far you have done fab!

Laurie thats the wendi plan! .. if you type it into google it will bring up the site for you! Ive not tried ot myself but aparently it does work!

write down what u eat on each day here and we can all help you, u may be pointing it wrong due to portion sizes.... i always used to think banana was 1.5 till i saw the weight of my banana.
also remember sugar and sauces...
