Good for you. Times past a gain would've pushed me over the edge and completely off the plan, but it's great to see you're able to shrug it off, as really it's only a blip on a long-term change of habits.

Well done for facing it and going to weigh in!

I had a massive gain last week (4lbs) and it spurred me to get straight back on track! This week I only had a 0.5lb loss but its going in the right direction and Ive got a positive attitude!

I also put on 1.5lbs this week but I feel I'm doing good today. I think I'm just going to do one day at a time and try not to worry. Every day can be day 1!

Keep up the positive attitude! :)
