Is smash still free or is it synned now x

well i bought the 2011 free foods book and it says smash and smash buttery is free in there x

I think the recipe changed recently though and the ones onsale in the shops are all the the "new improved recipe" where the improved bit is added cream - and so not free any more.

But then again i don't use it so perhaps someone else can calrify or run the nutritional info through the calculator.

ive just checked online and it says that buttery and original are still free but lists this as another option

Smash, Original, New Recipe with Full Cream Milk, made up with water, dried, 100g made up 1/2 syn on green and e.easy and 3 syns on red

im not sure then if you can still buy both.
