    Does any one know how many syns there are in Smiths Frazzles, please?

    When it comes to any food that isn't free or a healthy extra 20 cals = 1 syn. So you devide the cals in the whole packet by 20 and you have the syns.

    Just looked on SW online and can't find them:confused: They're now made by Walkers but still branded Smiths due to "various ownership reasons"

    Thanks guys.

    I did have a look on SW but couldn't find them either :confused: .
    Will take them as 6 syns if calculating them with the 20=1syn mark....
