Smoothie Recepies

I just have 150g frozen raspberries and strawberries and 125ml of apple juice, my fave love it!! X
 
Mines is 3pp I think, u only point the apple juice! :) x
 
I use a weight watcher yogurt any 1 pp tub. Lots of frozen fruit 0pp then Rhibina light low sugar as much as required for thickness. I sometimes add chopped ripe banana. Made one the other day with frozen plums I had chopped and added some mixed spice it was yummy x all the smoothies are then only 1 pp
 
Moving from sw and can't wait to make smoothies :-D
 
My fav is 200ml skimmed milk (2pp) 15g toasted porridge oats (1pp) and quarter or half a tin of apricots in own juice (0pp). Sometime I add half a banana to it aswell.

I toast my porridge underthe grill in batches so do three or four days worth in one :)
