Hi all
I made a smoothie this morning... Forgetting that when you blend up fruit it has a syn value. So I had a handful of raspberries, little few of red currants, a splash of Apple juice, and a half tablespoon of fat free natural yogurt. It was just about enough for one person. It was about 270ml of smoothie. Could anyone tell me how to add a sun value to this? Thanks
