Hi Tayberry. Please can you tell me more about your banana and coffee smoothie? How much do i put in? Sounds yummy, i love milkshakes but the syrup is too many points and with skimmed milk it doesnt taste too good. Thank you, i never realised that the fruit in them was free either having done slimming world previously.

Sorry for the slow reply-been and still on holiday!! Okay, this is my recipe for the coffee and banana smoothie!!
It's 2PP for the recipe.
200mls of skimmed milk
1 ripe banana
1 heaped tsp of coffee
1/8 tsp of cinnamon
Handful of icecubes
(I add a couple of sweeteners such as Hermesetas so anyone making this will just need to adjust it to taste)
Blitz all the ingredients in a tall beaker if using a hand blender (which is what I use) or fire in a food blender that can crush ice.
