Sorry, meant to ask on my last post what everyone snacks on too. I find come late afternoon at work I start getting tired and hungry and my blood sugar levels sometimes drop and I start shaking (not good really is it!)

Could do with some ideas here too please!

Remeber that as long as your snacks are on plan and you're not eating til 'splody stuffed it will all be fine. I think sometimes the way forward is crazy nice fruit (strawbs and pineapple for me) and a peppermint tea!
I started 3 days ago and i been snacking on mullerlights, sweet n sour noodle mugshots n lots of fruit and yeah as long as your snacks are free on plan then no problamo!! But ya shouldnt let yaself get so hungry that ya feel weak coz that could lead to binge eating :cool:
Fruit, chocolate mousse, mugshots, yoghurts, sticks of cheese. I nibble a lot really!
Cadburys light chocolate mousse is 3 syns a pot and yum! Make sure you get the light one (in a lilac pot rather than purple) not the regular.
