Do you all use all of the shakes/snacks you're allowed/supposed to have & does it make a difference if you don't have them?
I know Cambridge is a different story because its total meal replacement but you have to have everything you're allowed to have......is slimfast the same?

I replaced the snack bars with other things that are under 100kcals eg cuppa soups, coco pop cereal bars, fruit, after eight chocies anything to spice it up a little!!

Hi hun, I'm doing ok actually - not really been hungry & have stuck to it so i guess its a start.
I have my weigh in tomorrow - was just healthy eating for the rest of the week & had absolutely no junk so am hoping the scales would have moved a bit in the right direction.
