My god! Thank god someone else noticed that too -the smell of oranges always kills me when I'm doing a ketosis diet. Strange that when I'm not dieting an orange rarely makes it way to my gob!
My sister got through Atkins -losing 7 st by sniffing -totally took her cravings away. Me? I've a big snout and can smell things from a distance lol -smells are nearly always what tips me over the edge! Moral of my story -to avoid severe tummy upset, steer clear of dog food.
