It is between 2 and 4 litres.... You body uses water to get rid of the fat..... So the nearer you are to the top end the better losses you will get....

Telling you to reduce your water is pretty silly and irrespnsible to be honest as if your not getting enough water you will be dehydrated and then hold the water you do have causing your losses to slow or even a gain.... Drink whatever you feel comfotable betwee the 2 and 4 hun....

People have slow weeks for all kinds of reasons .... But bear in mind 4lb is pretty much a third or a stone!!!
