After my first week back and weighing in, I've only lost half a pound. (I know some will say that it's still a loss).
But *hand on heart* I was 100% on plan. I weighed everything and synned EVERYTHING. I put more effort into the past week then I have on slimming world.
I did a food diary which I left with my consultant.
Only thing I can think of was because it was star week for me. Could it really make that much of difference?
I'm still going to stick with it because I want to see if it might "catch up" next week but last night I felt so gutted when both my friends lost 5lbs between them and were eating choccie biccies, curries, drinking wine etc.
