    Hi everyone how are you all?

    So i began cambridge about this time last year and would love to say i succeeded but i gave up after losing 16lbs! and my love of eating crap won!

    I have been on n off the past year trying to do it again but have had so much going on i just didnt do it!
    So here i am i have about a weeks worth of cambridge here and im going to give it a go this week and see how i get on! no pressure no nothing just seeing how it goes and if i can stick to it finally! i dnt wanna be fat still when im 25 i just need to do this!

    Welcome to the forum. The first week is always the difficult part. Hopefully you will find the motivation to get through it this time. The rewards are waiting for you, so the more you lose the more you gain, so to speak. :D

    Hello there, join the club! I too have restarted today and I'm determined this time to give it my best shot. Perhaps we should keep a beady eye on each other to keep each other motivated!? :grouphugg:
