I know WW used to give u extra points for exercising, but I dont think your allowed really on SW, but if your working out then surley like u said your burning more calories.

If you want to maintain, then yes I guess so, but how would you be losing weight if your putting in more than you're burning off?

Agreed. No more extra syns if you exercise.
It may help you lose faster as you are burning more calries but you won't be given more syns.

Research shows that the addition of three or four moderate exercise sessions a week will add weight loss to a diet in the region of one to two pounds a month. This isn't really a lot so you shouldn't up your syns because of exercise.

Even when you reach target you are advised to increase your healthy extras and not syns. The theory is: if you increase syns you could easily be drawn into your old way of eating rather than just increasing healthier options x
