hi every1 thank u so much for all your help so far, but as others said before me i find it so hard to believe thats its a diet! i;m not hungry at all
so i'm just wondering in a nutshell on the EE plan
u can eat as much as u like of super free and free foods ie most veg fruit pasta rice potato & meat, oh and eggs, and by as much as u like, eat untill u full??
then u have to have a healthy a option and a healthy b option, but only 1 of each of these if u have more than 1 u have to count it as a syn
then have between 5 and 15 syn's per day
and can excersise or not
is this it? am i getting anything mixed up? because i honestly beleive i can stick to this i think its fantastic, , , but i'd hate to be doing something silly and do it wrong
