hi every1 thank u so much for all your help so far, but as others said before me i find it so hard to believe thats its a diet! i;m not hungry at all :eek:
so i'm just wondering in a nutshell on the EE plan

u can eat as much as u like of super free and free foods ie most veg fruit pasta rice potato & meat, oh and eggs, and by as much as u like, eat untill u full??:rolleyes:

then u have to have a healthy a option and a healthy b option, but only 1 of each of these if u have more than 1 u have to count it as a syn :rolleyes:

then have between 5 and 15 syn's per day

and can excersise or not

is this it? am i getting anything mixed up? because i honestly beleive i can stick to this i think its fantastic, , , but i'd hate to be doing something silly and do it wrong

eat and enjoy but don't forget to have at least a third of your plate full with superfree fruit and veg x

yep will do, well done to u losing all that weight fantastic

Im doing extra easy too, and cant believe you are allowed to eat all that yummy food! I have been making lovely pastas and curries and its all free! However i struggle to eat 1/3 superfree, not that keen on fruit and dont always have veg with dinner as veg doesnt go with pasta or curry! I need to look at different dinners to get myself eating more veg.

I don't like fruit at all but I have found a breakfast/dessert that contains some fruit that is lovely!

I cut up strawberries and grapes, cover with muller light vanilla yoghurt and sprinkle cereal on the top, only a little, and have your favourite cereal which will work out at like 3 syns. I use jordans country crisp! Yummy

The eat untill full is the one to watch - don't eat just because its free etc, just till you are satisfied.
Other than that you've got it, so enjoy and look forward to a great weight loss next week. :D
