Poor chic. Sorry to hear you having a crap day. Only thing i will say is look at how far you have come in such a short space of time and will eating really help you or sort out your prob??? I would suggest taking a bath or go for a walk by yourself and try to get a bit of "me time". Just think how proud you will be of yourself tomorrow that you faced your problem without turning to food for comfort.
Best of luck chic, chin up

I know its hard, I had a 'lovely' ex husband too, but do you want him to still have any input in your life ie- making you eat, try and look at it that way. By filing for divorce you are shedding him and if you keep shedding your weight its your new, positive, lovely life to look forward to!

    Hugs xx

Good on you for staying 100%. Its not easy. I know I am a comfort eater and I have to learn not to turn to food when the poo hits the fan. You should be so proud of yourself for overcoming and breaking through your need to comfort yourself with food. I'm very proud of you hun.:patback: Pat on the back for you.:D
