Hey Everybody my ideal body weight is around 10st mark so that is 6 stone 5lb's to lose. It is a daunting task so im just breaking it down it bitesize chunks so that i dont go awol because of fear of failure! As im on xenical now im really thinking about what i put in my body, Now if only i enjoyed excersise than it would make the weight loss process a whole lot easier
For all those who like graphs, there is a spreadsheet over on the Cambridge diet Forum that a poster has done. It is really good and charts your weight loss. I love entering all my details on it and watching it progress.
