So worn out and I'm not even doing much!

Not really sure,but I'm sure drinking more water could only help.

I find I have loads of energy,but losing 4 stone will do that!I do find that I can't do late nights though and I also wilt a bit when I'm due a shake

I have the same problem! I have 4 flights of stairs in college, and before I startef this diet I could get up no problem, just slghtly out of breath. now my legs feel really weak and I'm panting like mad!

could it be down to the not-a-lot-of-calories thing?
Not enough water definitely makes you feel exhausted, I only drank the min. amount of water last time I did CD and I felt ghastly. So ghastly that I stopped the diet. Now I've started again and drinking 4 litres plus per day I'm fine.
