Yes this is correct - you are not restricted! But as above make sure you try to fill up on super free foods as these are speed foods for your weight loss, try to snack on these too.

That's what your syns are for silly!!! :bliss:

The idea being that if you have to completely avoid certain foods, eventually you'll cave in.

What are your usual 'naughty snacks'? Maybe people on here can suggest alternatives or tweaks to them.

Yeah you certainly can.

This has been my 4th weigh in having lost 1 stone 2lbs in 4 weeks doing exactly that.

I was sceptical and thought no way can i eat all this an lose weight.

I still have my snack size toffee crisp and a mini milk ice lolly and don't feel guilty LOL.
