    Are you telling me that I can eat free foods "freely" AND use 5-15 syns a day and still lose weight!!!

    Yup! Just make sure you get plenty of fruit and veg in there too :)

    Yes this is correct - you are not restricted! But as above make sure you try to fill up on super free foods as these are speed foods for your weight loss, try to snack on these too.

    Still finding it hard to get my head around it. Missing my naughty snacks though!!!

    You still have up to 15 syns a day to use on 'naughty snacks' though hun :) dont deprive yourself xx

    That's what your syns are for silly!!! :bliss:

    The idea being that if you have to completely avoid certain foods, eventually you'll cave in.

    What are your usual 'naughty snacks'? Maybe people on here can suggest alternatives or tweaks to them.

    My usual snacks are all naughty!!! Choc, crips, biscs, etc etc. Hence why I'm so big to start with!!!

    Well, you can still have all them things you have listed, just make sure you syn them!

    Yeah you certainly can.

    This has been my 4th weigh in having lost 1 stone 2lbs in 4 weeks doing exactly that.

    I was sceptical and thought no way can i eat all this an lose weight.

    I still have my snack size toffee crisp and a mini milk ice lolly and don't feel guilty LOL.
