Wat can i drink that wont knock me outa ketosis? Iv got a party comin up n really dnt fancy sittin with tap water but im also not planning on gettin drunk x

Vodka and coke zero. that's what I drink

Alcohol is very dangerous while on ketosis. I just stick to diet coke but I'm not to sensitive to citric acid. You could always bring your own bottle of what you want and ask for a glass if they don't have bottled coke zero.
