Soft Cheese

Can anybody help me I usually use laughing cow light as one of my HE but the supermarket didnt have any in tonight so I bought Sainsburys Light soft cheese does anybody know how much I can use as part of my HE?

Any help would be most appreciated x

Also anybody know where I can find a list of A & Bs on extra easy I used to look on this download link which took me to a pdf via google but it doesnt seem to work any more just started back up doing slimming world so trying to get my head around again.

The only place you can get access to the healthy extra lists is by becoming a member of sw. You will then get a pin number allowing you to log into the full list on the website x
