I just had to share with you. I'm on day one of ss+ and have just had my fish with two tablespoons of brocolli, followed by a toffee & walnut shake. It was soooooooo nice
I've always had lots of salt in my food and could never eat veg without it, but the brocolli, tasted so good. So as well as losing weight I'm learning how to eat food without salt and not struggling (ok it is day one) which will lead to a healthy heart. I will be raising a pint (of water) to cambridge. I've got chicken and pickled red cabbage tomorrow. Can't wait
Out of interest where it says 200g quorn, do quorn sausages count. I bought a box of quorn sausages in tesco but not sure if these are ok as it does say carbs on the back. Anyone know?
