There's another one using the couscous as a base instead of pastry.
It's really easy to make and tastes great. The rest of the quiche I normally make with eggs, quark, fromage frais, cheese (HeA) and whatever else you want. I made one yesterday using bacon, onions and cherry toms and I'm having it for lunch with a J/P, beans and some left over turkey...lol.

I went to the recipe board and on the right corner it says "search this board" much easier than using the search function on the navigation bar at the top
