Found pot noodle gti's today in asda, chilli, chicken tikka or bolognese and they are all on average 230cals. Haven't tried them but looked a fair amount, they're in a bowl shaped pot not the normal pot noodle one.
Also Heinz pasta pouches including the tortilina one are about 200 odd too.
Defo a good dinner option for a DD x
