I have this freind. She's a little large. I've done WW with her, I got to target, she lost 3st. Then when I gained my weight and came to SW, she came with me, gained 4lb in 4 weeks. Now she's on xenical, and simply taking them sporadically, depending on what she fancies for tea.:sigh: Impossible lady, I despair!

She sounds like she did well losing 3 stone. Did SW not work for her, or did she not follow the plan? As for Xenical, you only take them with a meal if you are consuming fat, so if she is eating a fat-free meal she doesnt need to take one.
