Thanks Cake - I seriously think I'll stop when I get to those waist sizes you suggest.

I am currently wearing a pair of 36" from Asda (hehe, cheap for now) whereas I used to be a 42!!!

So I am defo shrinking.... thanks so much for the comments though.

Like you say, I certainly don't want to be too thin, so won't let that happen!

Theres no point spending a fortune on clothes while you are still losing!
My fella is really slim and has a size 34 waist but hes 6ft4 so I dont think you can always go from waist measurements looking at him he only looks a size 26! I think you need to get somebody objective maybe to decide for you?
