Some syn queries!

Hey hope someone can help me out! Looking for the syns for these

ASDA chosen by you sushi selection, the one with the cream cheese Californian roll. I thought syn free and a few syns for the teaspoon ish of cheese?

And the weight watchers individual raspberry cheesecakes?

The basic rule with sushi is that for the fish varieties it's 1.5 syns per 100g, and for the vegetable variety it's 1 syn per 100g (according to the book). So you could take the pack size and work it from there

As for the cheesecakes - I've no idea I'm afraid!
