but you've done soo well already...why not set yourself mini goals? work out your 10% and aim for that first, then focos on losing 1/2 or even 1/4 stone at a time. Don't look at it as this long drawn out process, try to focus on getting through those mini goals and before you know it, you'll have dropped a stone and so on!

i had a rubbish day yesterday - you need to pick yourself up and sort things out!!!

I have planned my meals out - done an online shop thats being delivered tomorrow, so i have lots of nice foods to choose from.

Remember the reasons u want to be slimmer - and is there any event coming up you want to get slim for?

Mine is my holiday (next month) Xmas (dec obv!!!) and my wedding (next Oct) so i have these 3 events in the back of my mind ALL the time, reminding me i need to get to where i want to be by these times - and only I can make this happen!

Do you exercise at all? this would produce some endorphins which make you feel happier - perhaps get the wii fit out - or wii just dance - these are fun ways of losing lbs if the gym is not for you.

Best of luck - i know how you feel, i was like that yesterday - but grab some positivity off me - you will get there :D xxx
