A colleague asked today 'have you been on a diet?' then said 'you look slimmer!' I smiled for an hour

There's nothing like someone noticing to brighten your day.

I am self employed and go into a clients office from time to time. Some of them know I am losing weight but others don't and I did notice a couple of them do a double take last week. That felt good.
