Week 11 day 2
Cant believe ive been on this almost 3months, my god, when i started out i didnt think id last a week.haha!
Well so far so good, im determined to get as close as i can to 10.7lb for my holiday so positivity all the way!!!

And Im sure you will get there you have done so amazingly well

look forward to reading more of your diary and seeing you ge tto goal - you are an inspiration

This is a little motivaion tool for me to refer to when times get tough, like now! right this second infact!!!
Why am i losing weight?
To feel healthier, feel nice in my clothes, wear nice fitted clothes without lumps and bumps everywhere, not wobble so much as i walk, feel confident and sexy, the list is actually endless!!!!
What will stop me reaching my goal?
ME!!!! temptation, other people eating and socialising, social events, emotions and stress
What will get me through the rough days?
This forum, my losses so far, re-look at photos of the old me! my family and friends
What is my goal weight?
10stone give or take

Just needed to write that down as i was becoming overwelmed by all the temptation in the house! how the hell do people lose weight when you have kids in the house, theres sweets, chocolate, crisps! bloody everything!!!!! argh, i know that once i get under 11.5 i will be on my way as ive been around this weight for a couple of weeks with good reason mind! im hoping for a good loss this week, my heads banging so im heading into ketosis i reckon by tomorrow night i'll be back in it! the joys! lol
 
Awww love that :) Saw someone else do something similiar before, I may have to make something like this for myself, ive struggled today too, been really hungry, feel like ive ate way more than i should of at tea so think i may have to do a quick 30 mins on the wii to make myself feel better lol. Wooohooo hope ur back in ketosis 2morro!! xx
 
,Week 11
Im half debating whether to weigh myself on Friday ra5ther than next week, will see how i feel in the morning, part of me is scared to see my tracker go up but then it should come right down next week, then again its TOTM next week, ummm or i could change my weigh in to Sundays, im dying to get on the scales but im not until i decide what im doing and when im weighing!!

Think ketosis has kicked in big time today wooooohoooo! i bounced out of bed early, cleaned and when i say cleaned i mean gutted, bleach 'full on spring cleaned' the house! I shall be in the oh's good books tonight wink wink! hehe. So ive done 4 lots of washing, cleaned every room and its only 1.30pm what the hell can i do now!!!!! if i stop i may not get going again,haha! ive been that busy totally forgot to eat until now, so defo think im in ketosis because over the past few days ive been hungry and now im not at all not even a tad bit hungry!

So todays menu will go like this:
3 litres iof water
Vanilla mush
Chicken and mushrrom soup
Quorn fillets with stir fry
then not sure we'll see
Im really struggling to drag my packs out i need then to last till next Monday!!! arghhhh hate being so skint. Anyway if i run out i'll just have to watch my carbs and not eat over 800cals.

Not many at all, 11 i think but that includes BL bars, so my plan is to have 2-3 packs a day, multi vitamin and mineral as normal and then 2 low meals instead of one to a similar calorie and carb count as a meal! I know its not the done thing but im skint so needs must as long as i watch the carbs i reckon i'll be ok :) i'll have to be, its fine, ive dragged then out before and it didnt affect my losses :)
 
Oh well you should be fine then :) more of a reason to get the water down u too xx

Well i woke up this morninh and thought should i weigh today as normal or should i wait till next week!?! So i decided to weigh today i swapped my WI to a friday a couple of weeks ago! So the verdict after consuming shed loads if naughty stuff is a STS which im totally shocked about considering ive been draging my packs and only been back on plan well eating less than 800cals a day since this Tuesday! Im totally chuffed with that, so this next week im aiming for 5lbs off!!! however totm is due so 1lb will do and more the next week ideally!
Im all lost now with my dates so i need to work out if this is week 11 wi or 12 i think its week 11.
Today im busy again, so its going to be:
Strawberry mush
Bl bar
Chilli with mushrooms
Quorn stir fry
Loads of water!

Hey Steph, quorn fillets are yum and you can have two which is just over 100g but low in calories and carbs! i spice them up though as they are bland as they are :) im sooooo chuffed with my STS really thought id put loads on! Does make me wonder if the weight id gained was just water but seriously you should have seen what food and booze id out awaw.lol! But it does make me think that if i have shifted the weight in 3 days then i should be able to shift 12lbs in just over 3 weeks fingers crossed! its just bloody totm getting in the way!!! tut tut

You should be proud its great and even more of a good thing to know web u go bk to eatin you should be fine keepin the weight off!!! Xx

:'( not great totally ballsed up my diet this weekend, well yesterday actually it just went out of the window, my hormones are all over the place so ive been and bought some evening primrose to try and regulate my hormones abit coz i felt like i could of killed someone yesterday or cried my eyes out! Im just hormonal, according to the scales ive not done much damage thankfully im finding it tougher as time goes on but i like slim and save coz of the fab fast results just dont think i can carry on tbh think ive gone as far as i can seen as this is my 3/4 blip in less than 5 weeks so im going to have a serious think! write down my fro and against list lol and see if ww maybe a better option for me to lose the last stone slowly i originally wanted to get to 10.7 for my hols but now im not too fussed im chuffed that ive lost over 3 stone so i think that maybe me for a little while but dunno if im strong enough to venture off!!! oooooooh decisions decisions what to do????!!!???? hope your ok huni xx
 
Time for a change i think Dee! i just think ive gone as far as i can on a vlcd because i keep cheating, so ive decided to join WW with a friend been chatting about it since my last post! Im just struggling, im going to miss this forum but i need a change!
