Well this is a bit of a poitnless thread but i am blooming FREEEEZING cold today arghhhhhh my hands feel like ice blocks and ive got a big jumper on grrrr

lol I was about to come and post the same thing! So very cold today!

but... you have to look on it as proof the diet is working! Try putting your hands under the hot tap for a while.

Hopefully as the weather gets warmer I will appreciate being cooler! (I live in Spain)

LOL i always get this in ketosis - and my right hand is always colder than my left... go figure!! lol x
