Hi all

I got this recipe from my group last week...tried it last night, delicious!

Chicken breast flattened
1 egg beaten
1 slice of wholemeal bread (HEB) grated as breadcrumbs
42g Low Fat Cheese

Bake chicken in foil till cooked through (approx 15mins)
Cover with the beaten egg and dip in breadcrumbs
Bake till crispy (approx 10mins)
Mix 4tbsp quark with half the cheese and spread onto the chicken
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the top and grill until the cheese melts.

I served mine with salad and syn free chips...oh n homemade garlic mayo, mmmmmm!
