get some throat spray and some sugar free strepsils. also take paracets. try to keep your mouth closed too as this makes your throat sore. get outside in the cold as cold kills the germs that cause sore throats and colds. if it turns into a cold take sudafed.

i had this aswell. if you gargle some asprin aswell that helps

Just take paracetamol. soluble if you have and gargle. If you have any CD water flavouring make a hot mug full of it.
